After a shower in afternoon, a ya-ong-i (a cute Korean name of cats) is making herself up again. In this scene, I feel a kind of peacefulness.

Every time I went to the Schiphol airport, the train passed by Leiden central station. That was all that I knew about the city. Last month, I went to the university of Leiden for a English level test for the first time. There were quite a few times after I got its result. So, I just wandered the city without specifying any destinations. It looked as if I traveled in a wonderland where I had never been. Everything looked peaceful on the streets. Scenes of the afternoon won't be forgetten as long as I live. I just suppose that the impression might result from the test result.

스키폴공항을 갈때마다 기차는 레이덴 중앙역을 지나간다. 그 풍경이 내가 아는 그 도시의 전부였다. 지난달, 영어 레벨 테스트가 있어 레이덴 대학에 갔었다. 그 테스트 후에도 많은 시간이 남아 그 도시를 무작정 거릴었다. 그곳에서 내가 마치 한번도 가보지 못한 신기한 나라에서 여행하는 듯한 기분을 느꼈다. 길 위의 모든 것들은 평화로움 그 자체였다. 그날 오후의 풍경은 쉽게 잊혀질 것 같지 않다. 혹시 그런 기분이 시험 결과에서 비롯된 것일 수도 있다는 생각이...
