They look very poor. They were born in this world for living but are dying because of me. I shouldn't have sown them. Why do I realize the truth after something happens, which is everything we do is followed by responsibility?
너무 불쌍해서 눈물이 날 것 같다. 삶을 위해 이 세상에 태어난 것을 나로 인해 죽어가고 있다. 씨들을 뿌리지 말았어야 하는 것을. 우리가 행하는 모든 것에 책임이 따른다는 진리를 어떤 일이 일어나고 나서야 더늦게 깨닫는다. 가슴이 아프다.

이 나라에선 기독교의 영향으로 부활절과 크리스마스가 1년 중 가장 큰 공휴일이다. 부활절은 우리가 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 서양력과는 다르게 음력(춘분일 후 보름일 다음의 첫 일요일)을 기준으로 정해진다. 한국의 어르신들이 음력으로 생신을 하는 것과 유사하게 예수의 부활일도 그러하다. 따라서 매년 그 날짜가 변한다. 부활을 상징하는 계란이 이 곳에서도 대표적으로 사용되지만, 대부분의 사람들은 계란의 모양을 닮은 초콜릿을 먹는다.
Easter holiday is one of the biggest national holidays in the Netherlands which was largely influenced by Christianity. Apart from the solar calendar, the day is dated based on the lunar calendar system (the first Sunday after the first full moon following the northern spring equinox). It is like the old generation in South Korea date their birthday based on the lunar calendar system. So does Jesus Christ. Thus, the date of the day changes every year. Eating boiled eggs is a typical thing that is reminded on the day but here people have egg-shaped chocolates.
