I went to the famous desert cafe, Mango Tango. Mango Tango special menu was most famous, which consists of a easily-to-eat cut fresh mango, a scoop of mango sherbet, and a lump of mango pudding. The menu deserves to try. It was a tiny cafe but looked quite cozy. Actually, it didn't look like a Thai cafe because it had very different interior design from usual Thai cafes. The lighting design using bamboo was impressive. Most of all, I love the copy of the cafe, 'a mango a day, keep doc away' on the napkin. It fits these days when people seek for a well-being life and it sounds very cute indeed.
디저트카페로 유명한 망고탱고에 갔다. 망고탱고스페셜 메뉴가 가장 인기있는데, 먹기 편하게 칼질이 된 싱싱한 망고, 망고 샤벳, 그리고 망고 푸딩. 이 메뉴는 강추다. 아주 작은 카페였는데 상당히 편안한 분위기를 준다. 이 곳의 편안하고 깔끔한 인테리어 디자인때문에 사실 태국 카페처럼 보이지 않는다. 대나무를 사용한 조명디자인도 인상적이다. 무엇보다 '하루 한개의 망고로 의사를 볼 일이 없도록 하세요'라는 냅킨 위의 카피가 아주 맘에 든다. 웰빙을 추구하는 요즘 같은 시기에 아주 어울리고 아주 깜찍하다.
