These things are pepper and salt shakers produced by LEGO. They can be put together as common Lego blocks are. They also work well as shakers. As everything can be made by LEGO blocks in children' world, they are expanding their possibilities for consumer products in the real world.
레고에 의해 만들어진 소금후추통들이다. 일반적인 레고 블록들처럼 끼워서 조립될 수 있다. 또한 뿌리는 기능도 쓸만하다. 아이들의 세계에서 레고 장난감에 의해 모든 것이 만들어질 수 있듯이, 실제 세계에서도 레고는 일반 소비자 제품들에까지 그들의 가능성을 넓히고 있다.

You might be reminded of a very delicious Danish pastry, moderate Danish design, environmentally friendly wind turbine, and so forth of Denmark. I bet you thought I didn't mention LEGO. Right! I didn't together with them because LEGO is the most well-known Danish one of all the things I mentioned. For kids, LEGOs provide fun and creativity. For grown-out kids, LEGOs deliver nostalgia of the world of the mind of a child. While they are playing with LEGOs, they become an innocent child. Take a look! what you are playing with. Most of things around us are digital electronic products such as Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Playstation and so on. They must be very exciting. However, there is no real interaction between the electronics and human. Children who play with the products are actually losing the senses of touching and building. This has the same coherence as some people think it as a disaster for young generation. Especially, those who are studying product design are getting used to modeling on the computer screen instead of mock-ups. Anyway, the spirit of LEGO is well reflected in the information design of the bus stop as you see in the picture. Danish people seem to know how to consistently use their identity in design well.
덴마크를 생각할 때, 여러분들은 아주 맛난 데니쉬 페스트리, 절제된 데니쉬 디자인, 환경친화적 풍력발전기 등등을 떠올릴 것이다. 아마도 레고를 언급되지 않았다고 하는 사람들도 분명 있을 것이다. 그렇다. 내 생각엔 레고는 언급된 것들 이상의 어떤 것이기에 그것들과 함께 언급되지 않았다. 아이들에겐 레고는 재미와 창조성을... 이미 다 자라버린 아이들(?)에게 레고는 동심의 세계를 가져다 준다. 그 이미 커버린 아이들은 레고와 놀고 있을 때, 순수한 아이의 모습으로 돌아간다. 한번 봐라 여러분들이 가지고 놀고 있는 것들을.... 우리 주변의 대부분의 것들은 디지털 전자제품들이다. 닌텐도 DS, 닌텐도 위, 플레이스테이션 등등.. 그것들 아주 재미있지. 하지만 만져서 느낄 수 있는 인터렉션이 없다. 그 제품들과 노는 아이들은 사실 '만져서 느껴지는' 그리고 '만드는' 감각의 중요성을 잃어가고 있는 것이다. 이는 몇몇 사람들이 제품 디자인을 공부하는 젊은 세대들이 실제로 모형을 만드는대신 컴퓨터 스크린에서 모델링하는 것에 익숙해지는 것을 재앙이라고 생각하는 것과 같은 맥락이다. 어쨌던 사진에서 보는 것과 같이 레고의 정신이 버스정류장의 정보디자인에 잘 반영되어 있다. 덴마크 사람들은 그들의 아이덴티티를 디자인에서 일관되게 사용하는 방법을 아주 잘 아는 것 같다.
