kids-friendly toilet

Children have many privileges in many cases. Until they grow up, special concern and care are given to them. Because they have less cognitive, physical ability and ethics-awareness than adults..of course there are still many immature adults like kids. Anyway, more attention and interest are necessary to designing for children. This child entrance is a good example to consider children' traits. This design shows 'this toilet is free of charge to children' for their parents and gives a fun for children to use toilet.

two knobs

Why are there two knobs on the door of a toilet for the disabled on the train? It must have something to do with usability. But how does it help them open or close the door?

i think it's because the heights of the wheelchairs are different. Thus, the knob i the below should give an easier access to those who prefer it. just my guess

It makes sense. A little difference could help the disabled a lot, actually. Smart lady!
